ELIGIBILITY

a. The contest is open to WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO listeners who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the total survey area as defined by Ft. Myers / Naples Arbitron Radio Market Report. Employees of WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO , its license, Renda Broadcasting Corporation, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the total survey area as defined by Ft. Myers / Naples Arbitron Market report area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household. Listeners are eligible to win The Vault Instant Qualifiers once every thirty days and are able to win The Vault Grand Prize once. Only one entry per individual is allowed, even if the same individual gets qualified more than once.

b. Participants in the contest must possess valid government issued photo identification.

c. To register online, contestants must enter their complete first and last name, email address, address with city and zip code, telephone number, date of birth.

HOW TO WIN

a. On-air participation in WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO’s “The Vault” contest will begin weekdays starting on Monday, October 1^st, 2012 and will end on Saturday, December 22^nd, 2012.

Live on Location Broadcast Qualifiers: Throughout Promotion, October 1^st, 2012 and December 22^nd, 2012.

b. To qualify for an opportunity to open The Vault, Listeners can also register on the WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO websites for an opportunity to open The Vault. Contestants will only be allowed one registration per person. Multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification.

c. Each weekday, three times per day, between 6:00am and 7:00pm WWGR / WGUF / WSGL will qualify listeners for an opportunity to open The Vault. WWGR / WGUF / WSGL are not responsible for any lost, disconnected, dropped, misdirected or incomplete telephone calls. WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO is also not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outages, or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. Contestants may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the station.

d. All listeners who have qualified to open The Vault, must be present to win:

You must have a valid driver’s license and be a lawful resident of the United States. Winners will be asked to fill out a Winner’s Affidavit and Release.
You must have automobile insurance and maintain automobile insurance throughout the life of the lease. Failure to maintain automobile insurance during the life of this lease will serve to automatically terminate the lease.
The winner will be responsible for titling, tags and any other fee required to lease a vehicle.
The grand prize is a two-year lease of a 2013 Ford Mustang. The value of the 24-month lease is $8,100. All State, Local, Federal and/or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize or prizes valued at over $600 will be issued an IRS form 1099 to report their winnings. As states elsewhere in these rules, you will have to provide your social security number.
This prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged.
Renda Broadcasting Corporation shall not be responsible for the failure of participating sponsors to deliver prizes as promised. Should you win, you agree to release and hold harmless RBC and their employees, agents, and contractors for any claim or cause of action arising out of this contest, the prize, or any claim of injury or loss or damage to either persons or property related to the prize or this contest. Winners will be asked to fill out a Winner’s Affidavit and Release.
All entry blanks, forms devices and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, gathered during the course of entry, shall become the sole property of RBC to be used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of RBC.
You agree that Renda Broadcasting Corporation may broadcast or publish your name, city of residence, photo, video tape, audio, film or any other likeness, including your voice, recorded or live, for any reason the Renda Broadcasting deems necessary without compensation. Renda Broadcasting Corporation may use your name, photo, audio, and likeness in any format for the promotion and marketing of its radio stations or contests. All entrants further agree to hold the station blameless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use.
The station reserves the right to end this or any contest at any time without any advanced notice to the public.
Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for RBC to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at the sole discretion of RBC, as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means.

If winner does not qualify or does not want the 2 year lease the following options are available:

The winner may choose to receive $3,000 from Coconut Point Ford.
The winner may use the value of $8,100 to lease another vehicle from Coconut Point Ford and they would be responsible for tax, titling, tags, and must provide proof of insurance and must maintain insurance for the duration of the lease. Should there be a difference between the value of the 2013 Ford Mustang and the new vehicle, winner will be responsible for the difference if such value is greater than the Ford Mustang value of $8,100. Should the value be lesser, no payment or refund will be given.
The winner may use the value of $8,100 as a down payment on the purchase of a Coconut Point Ford vehicle and the winner will be responsible for tax, titling, tags, and must provide proof of insurance.

You may only enter into the contest if you agree to the contest rules.

All registered listeners need to be checked in 30 minutes before the designated drawing time in order to be able to participate. At the time that the drawing begins all listeners need to be present in order to participate. A random drawing will be done, drawing one random ticket number at a time. The listener who’s ticket number is drawn then has a chance to draw a key that may or may not open the vault. Once one key opens the Vault for the first time, that listener will be able to have their choice of the contents of The Vault. Once the prize is selected, it will be locked again and another ticket number randomly selected, in which that listener will be able to pick a key which may or may not open The Vault, this will go on until The Vault is opened again, and until all contents of the Vault have been chosen. All the listeners who draw a key that opens The Vault will win one of its contents. Renda Broadcasting reserves the right to substitute or add prizes at its sole discretion without notification.

HOW TO REDEEM

a. Any contestant who has qualified to open The Vault, via Vault Appearance, On the Air or Online must be present to win a Grand Prize.

b. Listeners must re-register for each one of The Vault openings. If you were qualified in the October 13^th Vault opening, you are not qualified for the remainder. Additionally, if you are qualified for the November 17^thevent, you are not qualified for the remainder of the promotion. Listeners will need to register for each of The Vault Openings.

c. Listeners must fill out appropriate paperwork prior to receiving their prize. Once an individual has qualified, they can stop by the WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO 10915 K-Nine Dr., Bonita Springs, Florida 34135, in person to pick up their prize. Persons other than the identified winner will not be able to claim the prize without prior permission of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

a. No cash alternative or substitution of any prize will be provided. All taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes) on or connected with any prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the respective winner. If required by law, WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO reserves the right to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any tax or taxes due.

b. Cash Payments: Proper Documentation will need to be filled out prior to a check being cut to the winner. Each cash winner should allow one week to get their check.

d. Renda Broadcasting, its agency, and representatives shall not be liable for any claim, injury or damage from any contest or prize awarded in this contest.

e. A/C winners must own their own home and live in the station's DMA and be at least 18 years old. Prize is non-transferable.

VERIFICATION

All winners will be subject to a verification check. All winners must provide proper identification cards, or a valid driver’s license, and submit social security number to receive their prize. The winner must appear in person to redeem the prize or give prior authorization for someone else to pick up the prize for them.

GOVERNING LAW

ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR ROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAW.

CONDITIONS

a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to complete a prize receipt and release form and may be required to complete a W9 taxpayer identification form. Failure or refusal to execute the release will result in the winner forfeiting the prize. By participating in the contest, winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

b. WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

c. WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO reserve the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-air, when practical. By participating in this contest, listeners agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modification thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Station Management. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the station, any event associated with this contest or the prize is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

d. WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.

All requests must be received by December 22^nd, 2012. A list of prize winners will be available no sooner than one month after the contest has aired. The winner list will be mailed when the contest is officially over and prizes are verified and awarded.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning are based on the number of phone calls or entries received. WWGR / WGUF / WSGL / WJGO are not responsible for failure of any caller to successfully dial the radio station, any callers who may be disconnected, or for any entries lost in the mail.

*** Hodges University “VAULT” Scholarship

Scholarship Description

This scholarship is for an associate in science degree or 60 semester credit hours at Hodges University. The Hodges University Vault Scholarship is a 100% tuition scholarship minus available grants. This scholarship does not include books or fees. The nominee will need to meet with a Financial Aid Officer concerning grants available to Hodges University students, such as the Florida Resident Access Grant. These grants may cover a portion of the tuition, and providing the information requested by Financial Aid determines the availability of the scholarship to the nominee. Hodges University will provide the other amounts. Failure to provide the information necessary to qualify for the maximum of grant aid available will result in this scholarship being voided.

This scholarship can be used at anytime; however, a lapse in attendance will mean forfeiture of the scholarship.

Winners of this scholarship will receive a letter from Hodges University’s Vice President of Student Development and this letter must be presented at the time of application. This scholarship is nontransferable and can only be used at Hodges University.

Scholarship Guidelines

Graduation from a high school with at least a 2.5 GPA.
A clean record (drug-free).
Official application to Hodges University, meeting all admissions requirements, including minimum testing standards as stated in the Hodges University Catalog.
