An 89-year-old Jacksonville man is accused of shooting his son-in-law during an argument about the TV.  Kenon Ferguson is accused of getting into a fight about what to watch on television and pulling out a gun.  Police say Ferguson put a bullet into Perry's leg.  Ferguson is facing domestic battery charges.  Perry is going to survive the shooting.

An artist is refusing to alter his sculpture of a former president's wife after the Ministry of Culture in Romania complained that the statue's breasts are too big.  The local sculptor calls it a "totally arbitrary" reason to redo the piece, explaining that at the end of the day, "artwork breast size is a matter of taste" that changes with every viewer.  The head of the Culture Department, however, says the artistic exaggeration means that aesthetically, the sculpture doesn't resemble the real person.
