A cheese making factory in Russia has been shut down after pictures of the employees bathing in a vat of milk found their way to Facebook.  Lawyers for the factory claim the milk-like substance is actually a byproduct not used in food production.  But health and safety officials say investigators determined it really was milk that would eventually make its way into the cheese.  The factory will remain closed until it passes a series of tests.  The employees in the photo will also face a series of tests to make sure they don't have any diseases that could be passed on the consumers.

A New Jersey middle school student was kicked him out of class for violent behavior – which consisted of twirling his pencil in the air. Ethan Chaplin was sitting in his math class, messing with the pencil, when another student yelled out, "He's making gun motions, send him to juvie." The teacher did, in fact, pull the 12-year-old out of class and turn him over to doctors for a five-hour psychological evaluation. While Ethan admits he pointed the pencil at a kid who'd bullied him earlier in the day, he denies making any threats. But the school superintendent defended the action, saying, "We never know what's percolating in the minds of children. When they demonstrate behaviors that raise red flags, we must do our duty."
