Corey Kent Fundraiser
Family and friends of Corey Kent are hosting a cook-out Saturday July 31st, at Sam's Club on S. Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers starting at 10am, to help Corey, a Cape Coral soldier who was recently severely injured in Afghanistan.
22 year old, Mariner High Grad, Private Corey Kent lost both his legs and some of his fingers in an explosion.
His family is devastated by the news, but optimistic of his recovery.

Kelly Abrams Fundraiser
On May 29th, Kelly Abrams was murdered by her boyfriend who then committed suicide in Cape Coral. She leaves behind two small children, ages 5 and 8. Her family and friends are having a fundraiser for her children’s future.
