Official Rules. Promoter will cause the Official Rules for the Promotion to comply with all applicable laws
and regulations and to include provisions substantially similar to the following (subject to Disney’s approval):
• The winning vacation rules established by Disney as set forth in EXHIBIT B hereto.
• Winners must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to enter and win. Travelers under the age of
eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Certain travel restrictions apply.
• Promoter is the sponsor of the Promotion.
• Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors,
agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries,
demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize,
the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize, any prize-related activity and/or the Promotion.
5. Affidavits or Proof of Performance. Following the completion of the Promotion Period, Promoter will
provide to Disney affidavits and/or proof of performance pertaining to all media produced/aired/distributed in
support of the Promotion. Winner letters and documents will not be issued until all such affidavits and/or proofs of
performance are received.

 

EXHIBIT B
2025 Summer Splash Sweepstakes – Drive

Promotion period:  July 7, 2025 through July 31, 2025

WINNER SELECTION:

Daily qualifiers for our Grand Prize drawing will be selected through an ON-AIR contest on our morning show conducted weekdays between 6-9am. One daily qualifier each day will be selected and will receive a Pair of 1-Day Water Park Tickets. Please see: “II. PRIZE COMPONENT – DISNEY WATER PARK TICKETS FOR GIVEAWAY #2” for further details.

The Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random drawing of all eligible entries at the end of the promotion period.

I. PRIZE COMPONENT – VACATION PACKAGE FOR GIVEAWAY #1:
In furtherance of the Promotion, Disney will be responsible, at its cost and expense (unless stated otherwise
herein), for providing Promoter with one (1) vacation package (the “Vacation”) to be awarded to a Prize Winner
(“Prize Winner”) selected by Promoter. Vacation shall be awarded by Promoter and subject to the restrictions and
approximate retail value (“ARV”) outlined below. The Prize Winner may be accompanied by up to three (3) guests
(each a “Guest”, collectively “Guests” and together with the Prize Winner, the “Group”).
The Vacation will consist of the following:
A. Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per
room) for two (2) night(s) from August 30, 2025 through September 1, 2025 at a hotel at the Walt
Disney World® Resort to be selected by Disney in its sole discretion and based on availability;
B. Not more than four (4) standard 3-Day Walt Disney World® Theme Park tickets with Park Hopper®
Plus Option, each ticket with an expiration date of September 2, 2025 (each, a “Ticket”).
• Each Ticket currently provides admission to all four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks for
three (3) days and includes the Plus Option of three (3) 1-day admission to one (1) of the
following experiences:
• One visit to Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
• One visit to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
• One visit to ESPN Wide World of Sports (excludes separately ticketed events)
• Greens fees at Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course (tee times required)
• One round of mini golf at Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (prior to
4pm)
One round of mini golf at Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (prior
to 4pm)
• Each Ticket has an approximate retail value of Six Hundred Eighty Dollars and 75/100 cents
($680.75 USD), including tax. If the actual value of the Ticket is less than the stated
approximate retail value, the difference in the amount will not be awarded.
• Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Group
members must guard Tickets against loss, theft, or damage.
• Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable,
limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Theme Park or Plus Option
experience admissions and offerings are not guaranteed.
• To visit the Theme Parks or Plus Option experience, valid admission is required for the same
Theme Park or Plus Option experience on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3
and up.
• Park Hopper option allows guests to visit more than one park on the same day. Guests must
make a theme park reservation via the Disney Park Pass reservation system for the first park
they plan to visit. After entering that first park, Guests will be able to visit the next park until
each park’s regularly scheduled closure. The ability to visit a park is subject to the park’s
capacity limitations. At this time a park reservation is not required after the first park,
however, reservation requirements are subject to change. Learn more at:

• Water Parks attractions and entertainment are subject to change and availability due to
rehabilitation, seasonal, capacity, and weather closures. In the event that any element of the
Plus Option experience prove to be unavailable or is unfulfilled, Disney shall have the right to
withdraw the Plus Option experience or any parts thereof.
C. Not more than four (4) Disney H2O Glow After Hours tickets for access to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon
Water Park for use exclusively on August 31, 2025.
• Disney H2O Glow After Hours is a separately priced hard-ticket event held from 8:00PM to
11:00PM. The Prize Winners may enter Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park as early as
6:00PM.
• Each Disney H2O Glow After Hours ticket has an approximate retail value Ninety United States
Dollars and 53/100 Cents ($90.53 USD), including tax. If the actual value of the Disney H2O
Glow After Hours ticket is less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference in the
amount will not be awarded.
• Water Parks attractions and entertainment are subject to change availability due to
rehabilitation, seasonal, capacity, and weather closures. In the event that any element of the
Disney H2O Glow After Hours tickets prove to be unavailable or is unfulfilled, Disney shall
have the right to withdraw the Disney H2O Glow After Hours tickets or any parts thereof.
D. Not more than one (1) Disney Gift Card to be given to the prize winner with a value of One hundred
dollars ($100.00 USD).
• Each Disney Gift Card has an approximate retail value One Hundred Dollars and 00/100 cents
($100.00 USD), including tax. If the actual value of the Disney Gift Card is less than the stated
approximate retail value, the difference in the amount will not be awarded.
• The Disney Gift Card can be used at select participating locations at Walt Disney World®
Resort, Disneyland® Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disney store locations in the U.S., Canada, and
Puerto Rico, shopDisney.com <http://shopdisney.com/>, DisneyPhotoPass, Adventures by
Disney®, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney’s Beach Resorts. It cannot be used toward

All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded and solely the
responsibility of winner or guests, including but not limited to:
• Excursions;
• Travel insurance;
• Laundry service;
• Spa treatments;
• Alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee);
• Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn,
packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks);
• Local and long distance telephone calls;
• Wireless and internet services;
• Merchandise and souvenirs; and
• Tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above.
Winner must be able to travel for use of this vacation package by August 30, 2025.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Vacation Package Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Five United
States Dollars and 12/100 Cents ($4,485.12 USD). The ARV of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point
of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less
than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.
Please note the following restrictions:
• Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Vacation Package is not
redeemable for cash. Vacation Package is non-commissionable.
• Vacation is for the winner and up to three (3) guests of the winner’s choosing. Once selected by the
winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any
reason. If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will
be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute Vacation
Package or compensation provided to the winner.
• If Vacation Package includes airfare, the winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary,
and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the Departure Airport (with possible layovers). Disney
will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions
apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.
• Actual value of the prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and travel dates and
the number of travelers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the estimated value at the time it is
fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be
awarded. The winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that any
participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be
forfeited.
• No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise
(as applicable). Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation
Package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed, and no
substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion.
• Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Group members
must guard Tickets against loss, theft or damage.
• Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in
capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Theme Park admission and offerings are not
guaranteed.
• To visit the theme parks, theme park reservations via the Disney Park Pass system
(https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/park-reservations/) AND valid admission are
required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up.
Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a reservation is finalized. A theme
park reservation must be made for each day of entry.
• The winner is required to have and present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to
check-in. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental
charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not
provided in the prize).
• Any damaged, lost or stolen Disney Gift Card will not be replaced. Disney Gift Card are not redeemable,
refundable or exchangeable for cash (except as required by law) and are subject to the following terms:

• In the event the winner and/or guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole
discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other
person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the
Vacation Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable
experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest(s) home with no further
compensation. The winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or
liabilities of any member of the group.
• Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors
agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses,
injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related
to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.
• Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS
Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at six hundred and 00/100 dollars ($600.00)
or more.
• Promoter shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that
Promoter deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules,
regulations, codes or ordinances.

II. PRIZE COMPONENT – DISNEY WATER PARK TICKETS FOR GIVEAWAY #2
In furtherance of the Promotion, Disney will also be responsible, at its cost and expense (unless stated otherwise
herein), for providing Promoter with twenty (20) 1-Day Disney Water Park tickets (Water Park Ticket”) to be
awarded to twenty (20) water park prize winners (“Water Park Prize Winners”) selected by Promoter. Water
Park Tickets are subject to the restrictions and approximate retail value (“ARV”) outlined below.
• Not more than twenty (20) 1-Day Water Park Tickets with an expiration date of July 31, 2026.
• Each Water Park Ticket has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Seventy-Eight United States
Dollars and 81/100 Cents ($78.81 USD), including tax. If the actual value of the Water Park Ticket is
less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference in the amount will not be awarded.
• Water Parks attractions and entertainment are subject to change and availability due to
rehabilitation, seasonal, capacity, and weather closures. In the event that any element of the
Water Park Ticket prove to be unavailable or is unfulfilled, Disney shall have the right to
withdraw the Water Park Ticket or any parts thereof. A Water Park Ticket provides 1-day
admission to either Disney’s Blizzard Beach or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water parks
(whichever is open).
• At this time, a park reservation is not required to visit a water park, reservation requirements
are subject to change.
• Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Group
members must guard Tickets against loss, theft, or damage.
• Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable,
limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Water park admission and
offerings are not guaranteed.
• To visit the water parks, valid admission is required for the same water park on the same date
for each person ages 3 and up.
• Tickets must be used by July 31, 2026. Tickets are to be awarded as prizes to bona fide
winners of the Giveaway only. Promoter may not distribute the Water Park Tickets (or any
portion thereof) to any sponsor, clients, affiliated companies, their employees, family
members or others who are not a legitimate, bona fide Water Park Prize Winner. No Water
Park Tickets (or portions thereof) may be reassigned or transferred if any Water Park Prize
Winner is unable to redeem such prize. Tickets issued will bear the date of issue and the date
of expiration. Expiration date will not be extended, and Water Park Tickets will not be
refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will they be replaced if lost or
stolen. Water Park Tickets may not be sold or transferred to a third party including, without
limitation, to any travel agents, tour operators or other persons engaged in the travel
industry, except as allowed in this Promotions Agreement. No substitutions are allowed.
Promoter must return to Disney at the conclusion of the Promotion any and all Water Parks
Tickets not distributed during the Promotion. Promoter shall bear all risk of loss of the Water
Parks Tickets from the point of delivery to Promoter and for the risk of loss in shipment of the
Water Park Tickets returned to Disney, if any. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and
subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns
shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands,
damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the
prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.
