Gator Country 101.9 (WWGR) FLYAWAY CONTEST 

Renda Media’s radio WWGR-FM (Gator Country 101.9) Bonita Springs/Ft. Myers FL will conduct a contest known as “GATOR COUNTRY 101.9 FLYAWAY CONTEST” weekdays (Monday – Friday) from Monday, June 30, 2025 through Friday, August 29, 2025. 

This contest will be a text-to-win contest that will include unique keywords announced on-air every weekday during the contest timeframe of 6:00am – 9:00am.  Listeners will be instructed to text the unique keyword to 239-498-1019 to enter the contest. 

No purchase necessary. Contests are void where prohibited. 

The contest is open to residents of the U.S.A.  Contestants must be at least 21 years of age. 

Employees of Renda Media and its affiliated companies, its stations, employees of all other stations and market media companies of the station conducting the contest are neither eligible to participate nor win. This includes radio and television stations, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors and or promotional partners, and members of their immediate families in addition to employees and family of Artist Management and the Artist themselves. 

To enter, participants will be instructed to listen to WWGR-FM from 6:00am to 9:00am Monday through Friday from June 30, 2025 to August 29, 2025 for the keyword to text to 239-498-1019 for the chance to qualify for the grand prize of 2 tickets to see either Dierks Bentley at Madison Square Gardens on August 28, 2024, Eric Church at TD Garden on September 19, 2025 or Keith Urban at Chicago Arena United Center on September 17, 2025.  Grand prize winner will also receive round-trip airfare and a 2-night hotel stay. 

Contestants are only eligible to win GATOR COUNTRY 101.9 FLYAWAY CONTEST Grand Prize once each calendar year. 

Each daily winner will be verified as qualified by station personnel. 

There will be only one GATOR COUNTRY 101.9 FLYAWAY CONTEST Grand Prize Winner selected at random from qualifiers. 

Grand Prize winner must follow all applicable rules regarding terms and conditions of airline and hotel. 

For the text-to-win contest, a mobile phone is needed to participate. Participants are restricted to the terms and conditions of their mobile carrier. The company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete their text-to-win entry due to equipment malfunction or acts beyond the company’s control or otherwise. 

For all contests, the company disclaims all liability for any delays, miss-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission or other delivery method. The company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, mobile phone, computer, hardware or software errors and/or malfunctions or failures of any kind which may limit one’s ability to participate in the contest, any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s mobile phone equipment related to or resulting from participating in the contest. 

Payment of all federal, state, and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. The estimated Grand Prize value of this contest is $2,200.00, therefore the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent) with regard to any prize totaling more than $600. 

By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. 

The station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, which will become effective upon announcement, including the substitution of a prize or any portion of a prize of equivalent value. 

The station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize. 

All decisions by sweepstakes promoters are final and entrants agree to be bound by decisions made by sweepstakes promoters and station management. 

Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of the station. 

Grand Prize Winner must accept prize as is.  Not redeemable or transferrable for cash.
