WWGR’s Universal Orlando Resort Halloween Horror Nights Sweepstakes Prize Description:
PRIZE: There will be twenty (20) Prizes (each a “Prize”) awarded.
Each Prize winner (“Prize Winner”) will receive:
§ Two (2) Halloween Horror Nights 1-Night + 1 Day Regular Parking Ticket for Winner and up to one (1) Guest.
Each Prize has an approximate Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of Three Hundred Six and 08/100 Dollars ($306.08) and must be used by November 2, 2025, or the prize will be forfeited.
Some restrictions may apply. All elements of the prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Each Halloween Horror Nights 1-Night + 1 Day Regular Parking Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to one (1) 2025 Halloween Horror Nights event night at Universal Studios Florida and allows one (1) vehicle access to Regular Parking at the Universal Orlando parking garage on the same day. The ticket is valid only on the date selected and printed on the ticket. Includes in-and-out privileges for same vehicle. Not valid for Prime Parking, Valet, RV/Bus, or parking at any Universal Orlando Resort hotel. Subject to capacity. The Halloween Horror Nights event begins at 6:30 pm ET and closing times vary. Prize Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Minor guests, if any, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please note that the Halloween Horror Nights event may be too intense for young children and is not recommended for children under the age of thirteen (13). No costumes or masks are allowed. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Any difference between stated FMV and final FMV of prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Theme park tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice. Some special events may be separately ticketed. Universal Orlando reserves the right to change the name of all tickets. Unless otherwise indicated, all tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed “hard ticket” entertainment events at any of the theme parks, hotels, or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues such as Hard Rock Live®.
All parts of the prize selected are subject to availability and blackout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, epidemics, pandemics and the spread of infectious diseases, and any related governmental or judicial actions taken in connection with, or as a response to, any such event, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfilment processes and timelines for any prize or portion of the prize that Universal Orlando is responsible for, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfilment. Should the prize become unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered.
Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) is a prize supplier only in this promotion, is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of entries, or the selection of any winner. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Orlando arising out of or relating to any person’s use of or participation in any prize provided by Universal Orlando shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.

Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Universal cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.
GENERAL CONTEST RULES
- Station expressly disclaims all responsibility for all property loss, property damage, bodily injury, and death resulting, directly or indirectly, from any contest prize excluding damages, loss, injury, or death caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence of station.
- Station expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for loss, inconvenience, and other damages you may suffer resulting from the postponements, modifications of cancellation of any contest or promotions due to technical difficulties or Acts of God.
- No purchase necessary. Contests are void where prohibited.
- WWGR-FM will announce when the contest or promotion begins and ends.
- Listen to the station for details on how to participate. For contests utilizing entry forms, entries must be filled out completely. Only one name per entry is permitted. Official entry blanks must be used; photocopies are ineligible.
- For phone-in contests: The station is not responsible for any telephone malfunctions or problems affecting a contestant’s attempts to call the station within the required time.
- For contest entries via mail: the station is not responsible for lost, stolen, mutilated, wrongly-delivered, postage due, illegible, or untimely entries.
- For digital contest entries: the station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties, or other technical glitches.
- Contests are generally open to all station listeners who are U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older and who reside in Southwest Florida area. Employees of Renda Media and its stations, employees of all other Southwest Florida market media companies including radio stations, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
- Listeners are eligible to win a station contest only once every 30 days; and a prize valued at $600 or more only once every 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Any prize not claimed within 60 days of winning will be forfeited by the winner–unless prize is not yet available.
- For digital contests: To enter on-line you must complete each required field on the on-line entry form.
- Some prizes, or prize certificates, must be picked up at the offices of the station at 28291 Race Track Road – Bonita Springs, Florida – 34135. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 60 days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, winner will be informed that the prize will be sent. In that case, therefore, winner assumes the risk of prize arrival. The station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. The station assumes no liability for prizes, including tickets to concerts and/or events that are cancelled or postponed by any promoter or artist. The station assumes no liability for gift certificates for products or services that are no longer available and/or being offered, (as in the case of a restaurant or merchant going out of business after the contest airs on the station). The station will not offer substitute prizes.
- Listen to the station for details on grand prize or contest prizes and their values. All other incidental expenses associated with the grand prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. There are no substitutions.
- Listen to the station for information on selection of prize winners and/or grand prize winner, if applicable.
- Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 (or the equivalent) for any prize valued at $600 or more.
- By participating in the contest, the winner or winners (and their guest or traveling companion, if any) agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
- Contest winners (and their guests or travel companions, if any) will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600.00 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by the station. Pursuant to the liability release, the winner(s) will agree to hold the station, Renda Media, their affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
- For digital contests: the station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the station’s website (1029BOBFM.com), or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
