CONTEST RULES

1. Station expressly disclaims all responsibility for all property loss, property damage, bodily injury, and death resulting, directly or indirectly, from any contest prize excluding damages, loss, injury, or death caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence of station.
2. Station expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for loss, inconvenience, and other damages you may suffer resulting from the postponements, modifications of cancellation of any contest or promotions due to technical difficulties or Acts of God.
3. No purchase necessary. Contests are void where prohibited.
4. WWGR-FM will announce when the contest or promotion begins and ends.
5. Listen to the station for details on how to participate. For contests utilizing entry forms, entries must be filled out completely. Only one name per entry is permitted. Official entry blanks must be used; photocopies are ineligible.
6. For phone-in and text contests: The station is not responsible for any telephone malfunctions or problems affecting a contestant’s attempts to call or text the station within the required time.
7. For contest entries via mail: the station is not responsible for lost, stolen, mutilated, wrongly-delivered, postage due, illegible, or untimely entries.
8. For digital contest entries: the station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties, or other technical glitches.
9. Contests are generally open to all station listeners who are U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older and who reside in Southwest Florida area. Employees of Renda Media and its stations, employees of all other Southwest Florida market media companies including radio stations, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
10. Listeners are eligible to win a station contest only once every 30 days; and a prize valued at $600 or more only once every 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.  Any prize not claimed within 60 days of winning will be forfeited by the winner–unless prize is not yet available.
11. For digital contests: To enter on-line you must complete each required field on the on-line entry form.
12. Some prizes, or prize certificates, must be picked up at the offices of the station at 28291 Race Track Road – Bonita Springs, Florida – 34135. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 60 days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, winner will be informed that the prize will be sent. In that case, therefore, winner assumes the risk of prize arrival. The station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. The station assumes no liability for prizes, including tickets to concerts and/or events that are cancelled or postponed by any promoter or artist. The station assumes no liability for gift certificates for products or services that are no longer available and/or being offered, (as in the case of a restaurant or merchant going out of business after the contest airs on the station). The station will not offer substitute prizes.
13. Listen to the station for details on grand prize or contest prizes and their values. All other incidental expenses associated with the grand prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. There are no substitutions.
14. Listen to the station for information on selection of prize winners and/or grand prize winner, if applicable.
15. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 (or the equivalent) for any prize valued at $600 or more.
16. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners (and their guest or traveling companion, if any) agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
17. Contest winners (and their guests or travel companions, if any) will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600.00 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by the station. Pursuant to the liability release, the winner(s) will agree to hold the station, Renda Media, their affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
18. For digital contests: the station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the station’s website (gatorcountry1019.com), or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
19. Winners must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to enter and win. Travelers under the age of
    eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
20. Certain travel restrictions apply.
21. Promoter is the sponsor of the Promotion.
22. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors,
    agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries,
    demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize,
    the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize, any prize-related activity and/or the Promotion.
23. Promotion runs 6/8/26 – 6/26/26
24. Prizing: ten (10) winners will receive four (4) Disney Water Parks Tickets and two(2) winners will receive four (4) Disney H2O Glow After Hours tickets for August 29, 2026. The Disney Water park Tickets will be awarded as prizing in a “Listen To Win” contest. The Disney H2O Glow After Hours tickets will be awarded to one (1) random winner from a register to win contest located on gatorcountry1019.com.
25. Not more than Forty (40) 1-Day Water Park tickets with an expiration date of July 31, 2027 (each, a “Ticket”) will be awarded during the promotional window.
    • • Each 1-Day Water Park ticket has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Seventy-Eight United States Dollars and 81/100 Cents ($78.81 USD), including tax. If the actual value of the 1-Day Water Park ticket is less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference in the amount will not be awarded.
      • Water Parks attractions and entertainment are subject to change and availability due to rehabilitation, seasonal, capacity, and weather closures. In the event that any element of the 1-Day Water Park ticket proves to be unavailable or is unfulfilled, Disney shall have the right to withdraw the 1-Day Water Park tickets or any parts thereof. A 1-Day Water Park ticket provides 1-day admission to Disney’s Blizzard Beach or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.
26. Not more than Eight (8) Disney H2O Glow After Hours tickets for access to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park for use exclusively on Saturday, August 29, 2026 will be awarded during this promotion.
    • • Disney H2O Glow After Hours is a separately priced hard-ticket event held from 8:00PM to 11:00PM. The Prize Winners may enter Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park as early as 6:00PM.
      • Each Disney H2O Glow After Hours ticket has an approximate retail value of Ninety Four United States Dollars and 79/100 Cents ($94.79 USD), including tax. If the actual value of the Disney H2O Glow After Hours ticket is less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference in the amount will not be awarded.
      • Water Parks attractions and entertainment are subject to change availability due to rehabilitation, seasonal, capacity, and weather closures. In the event that any element of the Disney H2O Glow After Hours tickets prove to be unavailable or is unfulfilled, Disney shall have the right to withdraw the Disney H2O Glow After Hours tickets or any parts thereof.
27. Water Park tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Prize Winners must guard Water Park tickets against loss, theft or damage.
28. Certain Water Parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Water Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.
29. To visit the Water Parks, valid admission is required for the same Water Park on the same date for each Prize Winner ages 3 and up.
30. In the event that Prize Winners engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time the Water Parks tickets are redeemed, Disney reserved the right to terminate the Water Parks tickets or other application experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Prize Winners home with no further compensations. The Prize Winners acknowledge and agree to be solely responsible for any actions, claims, or liabilities.
31. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.
